About

Design and develop systems, applications, products, services and data to optimize/automate SAP's business processes and improve work efficiency. Engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages. Facilitate the system/service/product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant, and highly available operations for and between system and cloud services. Facilitate agile engagement with the business. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.

Responsibilities / Key Tasks

  • Manage cloud technologies and associated architectural styles (e.g., microservices, containerization, serverless architectures) and web development stacks.
  • Apply agile software delivery processes and industry‑standard toolsets for DevOps implementation.
  • Apply modern data processing technologies and methods, such as NoSQL databases, data lakes, etc.
  • Apply modern SaaS platform, integration, and extensibility concepts.
  • Integrate AI and ML models in operations for analytical views and propose predictive data.
  • Integrate AI‑built applications to backend logic.

  • Identify manual effort gaps in daily operations and fill them with automation.
  • Analyse operations and business workflows, translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions, and present technical AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

  • 4+ years of experience with a strong background in automation and scripting.
  • Experience working with AI/ML tools, data‑driven automation platforms, or intelligent decision frameworks.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, Shell, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work through complex, ambiguous technical scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with proven ability to drive cross‑team alignment.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB (nice to have).
  • Exposure to AI/LLM‑powered features (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics, automated content generation, connecting SAP AI Core/OpenAI LLMs with prompt templates and structured outputs; prompt engineering is desirable).
  • Experience in dynamic and interactive frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and HTML + CSS + JS.
