You will:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from posting jobs to onboarding candidates.

• Build strong relationships with both job seekers and company partners.

• Use social media to engage, attract, and source top talent.

• Collaborate with a fun, international team using Slack, Google Drive & TeamTailor.

• Join weekly team meetings and training sessions to level up your skills.

• Energetic, people-loving, and creative – you think outside the box.

• Experience or strong interest in recruitment and/or sales.

• Comfortable using social media as a recruitment tool.

• Solid communicator in English (min. B2 level).
