Role

In this role, you combine your in-depth knowledge of OT security with strong consulting skills and actively shape secure industrial networks. You will analyze existing OT infrastructures, identify vulnerabilities, and develop practical security concepts along the entire lifecycle. You will be responsible for deriving concrete measures from technical and organizational risks and supporting their implementation in complex environments. You will advise various stakeholders clearly and appropriately, thereby promoting awareness of information security across all levels. Through your integrative thinking, you will make a significant contribution to holistically protecting assets and making industrial plants resilient to cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• You plan and lead technical consulting projects with a focus on OT security in industrial networks.
• In this role, you independently conduct IT and OT security assessments and derive concrete measures from them.
• As a consultant for cybersecurity for industrial networks, you design security solutions, threat models, and protection concepts for our customers.
• You support the introduction of OT-specific security solutions and advise customers on the strategic direction of their OT security.
• In this role, you conduct internal and external training on OT security topics, thereby strengthening security awareness.
• You develop our OT services technically and support the sales team in the preparation and implementation of offers.

Qualifications

• You have a solid technical education in electrical engineering, computer science, or business informatics.
• You have many years of in-depth practical experience in information security, ideally in an OT security role.
• You possess certifications or in-depth knowledge of standards such as IEC 62443 or ISO/IEC 27001 - or are willing to acquire them specifically.
• Team-oriented work, high reliability, and loyalty characterize you.
• You have an impeccable reputation and act with integrity and trustworthiness.
• Excellent German skills and fluent English, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
