Role

Service Management Reimagined: We are looking for a tech-savvy professional who not only administers ITSM platforms but also elevates them to the next level through smart automation and consistent process optimization. If you combine requirements analysis with scripting competence and maintain an overview, you are exactly in the right place.

Responsibilities

  • Independent analysis and redesign of service processes, incorporating current ITIL 4 principles.
  • Technical further development of a central ITSM platform: configuration, integration of external systems via REST APIs, and development of automation workflows.
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as control of changes according to defined change management processes.
  • Development of Low-Code/No-Code solutions (Power Automate, n8n, or similar) and scripting for process automation.
  • Stakeholder communication: requirements gathering, solution presentation, and ongoing coordination with business units and IT teams.
  • Operational responsibility, including monitoring, support, and proactive platform optimization.

Qualifications

  • Technical or commercial basic training with further education in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or ITSM.
  • Practical experience with service management tools and ITIL-based process frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and web technologies (REST, JSON, HTTP, token authentication).
  • Scripting competence in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript, as well as experience with automation platforms.
  • Analytical thinking, high initiative, and the ability to present complex issues understandably.
  • Team-oriented personality with a structured way of working and enthusiasm for digital process optimization.
