Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ITSM projects (ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem Management)
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources in a client-facing environment
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, roadmap, and implementation strategy
  • Oversee cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational governance
  • Drive risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting to leadership
  • Support continuous improvement and optimization of ITSM processes and platforms

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of IT project management experience with strong ITSM focus
  • Experience with platforms like ServiceNow, BMC, or similar ITSM tools
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to work on-site in NYC and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
