- Job Role: ITSM Project Manager
- Location: New York, NY 10007 Hybrid
- Duration: 6+ Months of Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ITSM projects (ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources in a client-facing environment
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, roadmap, and implementation strategy
- Oversee cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational governance
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting to leadership
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of ITSM processes and platforms
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of IT project management experience with strong ITSM focus
- Experience with platforms like ServiceNow, BMC, or similar ITSM tools
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills
- Ability to work on-site in NYC and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
