Thales Engineering & Digital supports the digital transformation of the Thales Group to strengthen its position as a major digital player in all its markets. The team works on innovative projects related to generative artificial intelligence and agent systems deployed on Google Cloud Platform for the group's engineers. In an international, structured and fast-growing environment, you will contribute to strategic projects combining innovation, quality, compliance and performance of artificial intelligence systems.

Responsibilities

As an Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification Manager in Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for:

• Defining the validation strategy for artificial intelligence systems by establishing performance indicators, acceptance criteria, and governance rules
• Leading the integration, verification, and validation of complex and multi-agent artificial intelligence systems
• Supervising test environments to ensure observability, failure analysis, and solution debugging
• Designing and automating integrated test pipelines within continuous integration and deployment chains
• Supporting quality engineers and technical teams on best practices for validating artificial intelligence systems
• Collaborating with artificial intelligence and machine learning engineers, Data Scientists, product, platform, and DevOps teams

Your profile

• Is your priority to guarantee the reliability and compliance of complex artificial intelligence systems?
• Do you have the ambition to lead innovative validation strategies in an international environment?
• Do you want to discover projects with a strong technological dimension around generative and agent artificial intelligence?

You have a degree from an engineering school or a Master 2 in computer science, artificial intelligence, or software engineering, and you have more than 5 years of experience in:

• Software testing, integration, verification, validation, and qualification of distributed systems and microservices
• Python development for automation, data processing, and testing frameworks
• Generative artificial intelligence systems and large language models, as well as Google Cloud Platform
• Critical, regulated, or large-scale enterprise environments

Knowledge of agent artificial intelligence systems, observability and evaluation tools, Machine Learning Operations, and Large Language Model Operations pipelines is expected.
