We are currently partnering with a Japanese trading company to identify a Japanese or Korean-English Bilingual Outside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
• Proactively generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth
• Present and promote products and services in a professional manner
• Track and report sales performance and key financial data
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth order coordination
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events (including food-related events)
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Gather customer feedback to support product and service improvements

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Fluency in Japanese or Korean, and professional proficiency in English
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven mindset
• Interest in food, culture, and international business
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $55,000 + performance-based incentives
• Many team members achieve total annual earnings in the $80K range based on performance
