Requirements

• 6-8 years of robust experience in Java development, including expertise in Spring and Spring Boot.
• 4-5 years of experience in Python, concentrating on backend or data-centric development.
• Profound knowledge of Reactive Programming (Web Flux, etc.).
• Practical experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Flink for stream processing and creating data pipelines.
• Competence in Redis for caching and enhancing performance.
• Database proficiency in both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS).
• Extensive experience in building and utilizing RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of Graph-QL is a plus but not essential.
• Solid grasp of Google Dialogflow CX or comparable conversational AI frameworks.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLM), agentic architectures, and prompt engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Agent Development Kit (ADK), Playbook, or similar frameworks.
• Conceptual insight into machine learning foundations and model telemetry.
• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
• Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD processes, and cloud-native environments (OCP, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Effective communication skills; able to work collaboratively across engineering and product teams.
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust, scalable solutions leveraging full-stack technologies in generative AI.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Java and Python applications in line with our project requirements.
• Implement event-driven systems using Apache Kafka and ensure a smooth data flow between components.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to set up and optimize data pipelines using Flink.
• Optimize application performance through effective caching strategies utilizing Redis.
• Build, test, and refine RESTful APIs for various applications and services.
• Engage with conversational AI frameworks to enrich our AI offerings.
• Employ strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical challenges and enhance existing systems.
• Work within a microservices framework and ensure seamless integration across services through CI/CD practices.
• Foster collaboration with engineering and product teams to ensure project alignment and success.
