Summary

10+ years of experience in Java‑based application development.

3+ years of experience in system architecture and technical lead roles.

Required

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE technologies.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for messaging, streaming, performance tuning, Topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale, distributed enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of JVM internals, memory management, garbage collection, and performance tuning.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
• Design and implementation of microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API versioning.
• Experience with service discovery, configuration management, and resilience patterns (e.g., circuit breakers).
• Experience designing high‑availability, fault‑tolerant data architectures.
• Modernizaton experience with MF DB2/Cobol being transformed to Distributed Cockroach (huge plus)
