Java Backend Developer

About the Role

The Backend Developer is responsible for designing and maintaining secure server-side applications, databases, and APIs to support application logic, data processing, and seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain the code that runs on the server, handling data processing, application logic, and business rules.
• Design, implement, and manage databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Create and maintain Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for communication between the front-end and back-end components.
• Optimize the back-end for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Implement security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.

Other Requirements

• Tech Stacks: JAVA, Node JS, Python or PHP Laravel (JAVA is mandatory plus any others)
• Other Proficiencies: Restful API, Version control (Git), AWS, Nginx, Apache, Postman, Microservices, Experience working with T24 (Core Banking Application) will be an added advantage.
