Java Backend Developer (m/w/d)

Currently, my client is looking for a dedicated Java Backend Developer (m/f/d) to support the existing team in the further development of modern applications.

Responsibilities

• Development and optimization of new software features with Java and Spring Boot
• Co-design of the technical and functional software architecture in line with company goals
• Implementation of automated tests, build, and deployment processes
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to implement tailored solutions
• Work in an agile, cross-functional team with short decision-making paths and high personal responsibility
• Support in operations and support according to DevOps principles

Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in software development
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of GitLab-CI or Kubernetes is an advantage
• Fluent German in spoken and written
