In this role you will help run and improve the delivery pipeline for Dynatrace components, focusing on backend Java services with occasional frontend/build tooling work. You will collaborate with product teams and SREs to enhance stability, observability, and scalability, while applying an automation-first mindset to reduce manual work. You will own features and bug fixes from implementation to production, contributing to a mission-critical platform used by global customers. This is a chance to work with modern tech at scale and grow across disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain backend Java services that orchestrate product rollouts
• Collaborate with product teams and SREs to improve stability, observability, and scalability of the delivery pipeline
• Own features and bug fixes end-to-end, from implementation to production
• Contribute to automation efforts to streamline developer and operations workflows
• Occasionally work on related areas such as frontend features and build tooling to broaden technical scope

Requisitos principales

• 2–4 years of professional, production-level Java experience
• Strong understanding of backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, data flows)
• Experience with Spring Boot, Angular, or Golang (or operating highly critical services)
• Automation mindset with interest in improving workflows
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across disciplines (build systems, CI/CD, frontend basics)
• Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks and gradually take ownership
