Job Description

To complement our well-rehearsed and motivated team, we are looking for a proactive, independent, and motivated Java Developer (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Urdorf near Zurich, starting immediately or by arrangement.

• Technical leadership and coordination within the development team
• Architectural decisions as well as review and further development of existing system landscapes
• Full-stack development in Java-based software projects (frontend/backend)
• Advising clients on technical solution approaches and project procedures
• Ensuring high-quality implementation in the frontend and backend
• Close collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders
• Application and promotion of agile methods (Scrum)
• Promotion of best practices, clean code, and DevOps culture
• Ensuring high quality and security standards
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and specialist departments on the client side

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Java development (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
• Strong frontend competence with frameworks such as Angular and Bootstrap
• Proven experience in the conception and implementation of complex applications in a full-stack environment
• Confident demeanor in customer contact with high communication and consulting competence
• Agile methodology: Sound knowledge of Scrum, ideally certified (e.g., PSM I / CSM)
• Strong social skills - a team player who prioritizes the "we" aspect
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, English at a good level
