Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Employment Type: W2 Only
We are currently hiring for a Java Developer position with one of our direct clients in Reston, VA. This is a long-term hybrid opportunity for candidates with strong backend development and cloud experience.
Required Skills: • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture • Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services • Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Lambda • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) • Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Skills: • Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms • Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is a plus • Front-end knowledge with Angular or React is an added advantage
