Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, leveraging expertise in Java, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, NiFi, Elasticsearch, and Python.
• Responsibilities include algorithm development, software testing, requirements analysis, software architecture, database engineering, and technical team leadership.
• Manage continuous integration, dataflow, and collaborate on systems and hardware engineering for integration and test.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements.
• Work individually or as part of a team to deliver robust software solutions.
• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
• Resolve software problem reports efficiently.
• Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
• Provide specific input to the software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and the use of COTS/GOTS in place of new development.
• Conduct requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

Qualifications

• Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or 4 additional years equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 12+ years
