Senior Technical Manager / Engineering Manager (Full Stack UI Focus)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager with strong hands-on full-stack UI development experience and leadership capabilities. This role requires a balance of technical depth, team mentorship, and delivery ownership, with exposure to AI / GenAI-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers with active hands-on involvement
• Drive design and development of full-stack UI applications
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality delivery and engineering best practices
• Support development of AI-ready / GenAI-enabled solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience as a:
  • Senior Technical Manager, OR
  • Engineering Manager with hands-on coding background
• Strong expertise in:
  • Full-stack development (UI-focused)
  • Modern frontend frameworks and backend integration
• Experience or exposure to AI / Generative AI technologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
