Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks
• Build and deploy RESTful APIs using Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
• Develop responsive UI using React / Angular / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
• Work with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Integrate applications with third‑party services and APIs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business)
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java, J2EE
• Hands‑on with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate
• Frontend experience in js or Angular
• Good knowledge of REST APIs & Microservices
• Experience with SQL / PL‑SQL
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Basic exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking / Financial domain
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Kafka / messaging systems
• Exposure to security practices (OAuth, JWT)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in (TPA) Third Party Agency / Vendor environment
• Team collaboration and problem‑solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with clients like JPMorgan / Capital One / Bank of America
• Experience in production support & incident management
