Your future duties and responsibilities

- Responsible to Lead and drive with the team with the client

- Responsible for sound and high-quality technical deliverables.

- Drive the direction and roadmap for the microservices architecture.

- Provide innovative solutions to complex situations and drive outcomes.

- Provide technical guidance and architectural assistance around Kafka, Microservices, front end development and Mongo DB integrations

- Help the other members of the team with technical queries and guide and mentor them to develop top quality code.

- Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business.

- Always be ready to be hands-on to develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality.

- Work closely with leadership and the whole Tech team

- Work to guide team members to create test plans, and ensure the issues are properly identified, fixed and tested.

- Develop incorporating the best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

- At least 9+ years of Java API development using Springboot, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience. (Mandatory)

- At least 5+ years of front end development with Angular, React, NodeJS.

- 3+ years experience working as a lead and driving high quality outcomes.

- Excellent working knowledge of Open Shift Container Platform and Kubernetes.

- Working knowledge of Kafka will be a huge value add.

- Experience integrating Java based applications with Mongo DB.

- Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments

- Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile environment
