Your role in the team

• Conceptualization and development of new functionalities.
• Improvement, modernization, and expansion of existing features.
• Analysis and resolution of software issues as well as performance optimizations.
• Test automation in the course of development (TDD).
• Active participation in code reviews - code quality is important to us!
• Exchange within the team and close collaboration with colleagues.

What we offer

• The minimum salary for this position starts at €3,843 (38.5 hours, IT collective agreement 2025) - depending on your skills and experience, we are happy to pay more!

Qualifications

• Interest and enthusiasm for software development.
• You are proficient with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and databases.
• Preferably, you have knowledge of application servers (JBOSS/Wildfly, Tomcat) and container platforms (Docker, Openshift).
• You have a high willingness to learn and develop.
• A self-reliant work style and a strong team spirit are natural for you.
• Due to the project language, very good German skills are essential.

Experience

• You already have several years of experience in software development with Java / Jakarta EE in large software development projects.
