Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Java development (coding-focused role)
• Work closely with Agile team to understand user stories and meet acceptance criteria
• Participate in full SDLC including development, testing, and delivery
• Modify and enhance existing software for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
• Collaborate with engineering teams for system design and integration
• Support software validation, testing, and deployment activities
• Coach and mentor junior developers when needed

Technical Skills

• Must Have
  • 5+ years of Java development experience
• Nice to Have
  • Ability to mentor/coach junior developers

Soft Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
