Java Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team supporting critical banking applications for Wells Fargo. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java backend development along with modern frontend frameworks, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Java frameworks.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Experience with REST APIs and web services
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in banking or financial services environments
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging tools (Kafka, MQ)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
