Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java, JavaScript, and Angular.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining Spring and ORM frameworks, as well as managing databases.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to the DevOps pipeline by automating build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on new tools and technologies relevant to the project.
  • Work closely with team members and across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Adapt to a demanding and fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels, including documenting code and writing technical documentation.
  • Gain experience in working with multiple technologies and complex systems, following design standards and frameworks.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of solutions in an enterprise production environment.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to align platforms and applications with digital-first and future state objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in Information Technology using Java stack - in design, development and triaging for large, complex IT systems, with experience in Java and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with Spring / ORM framework, and database
  • 6+ years Java development & OOP
  • Spring Framework & ORM (Hibernate/JPA)
  • JavaScript
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • DevOps & CI/CD exposure
  • Enterprise application development
  • Strong communication & teamwork
