Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day ownership of the JD Edwards ERP platform
• Partner with business teams to keep systems running smoothly and support operational needs
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance
• Support users and ensure consistent, reliable system use
• Coordinate with external partners on upgrades and enhancements
• Help drive technology initiatives that support the retail business

Profile

• Leading analysis, configuration and support of JD Edwards in a manufacturing setting.
• Working across Distribution modules like Inventory, Sales and Procurement, and or Financials including GL, AR and AP
• Supporting implementations, enhancements and upgrades across plants and head office
• Working with JD Edwards Orchestrator and development tools where needed
• 8+ years in business analysis, including 5+ years with JD Edwards
