Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 10 14+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience (depending on level).
• Strong techno-functional exposure in at least one functional track:
  • Finance (GL/AP/AR/FA)
  • Distribution (Sales, Procurement, Inventory)
• Technical expertise in:
  • JDE E1 development (Forms/UBE/RDA), debugging, object management
  • SQL (writing queries, joins, performance basics)
  • JDE tools: OMW, FDA/RDA, Versioning, Security concepts, JDE Orchestrator
• Strong support mindset: troubleshooting, RCA, ticket handling, communication with business users.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support: incident/problem management, change management, and release coordination.
• Functional support
• Break-fix and minor enhancement

Managerial Skills

• Ensure compliance with SDLC, coding standards, audit controls, and documentation standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, status reporting, and stakeholder reviews.
