Role Description

We are seeking a Jewelry Traceability Analyst for a full-time remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the traceability of raw materials, maintaining compliance with ethical sourcing standards, and managing documentation across the supply chain. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing data to ensure compliance with industry standards, collaborating with suppliers, conducting audits, and reporting insights to key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in supporting the brand's commitment to sustainable and ethical practices.

• Expertise in data analysis, supply chain analytics, and reporting
• Strong understanding of ethical sourcing practices and traceability systems
• Attention to detail in documentation, auditing, and compliance monitoring
• Excellent organizational, research, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for managing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
• Familiarity with the jewelry industry or sustainability efforts is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with software tools for analytics and documentation
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
