We are seeking an experienced Jira Developer to design, configure, customize, and optimize Atlassian Jira solutions to support Agile, ITSM, and enterprise workflows. The role involves deep hands-on customization of Jira, integrations with third-party tools, and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience as a Jira Developer
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Jira Software
  • Jira Service Management (JSM)
  • Script Runner (Groovy)
  • Jira REST APIs
• Experience with Jira Automation
• Strong knowledge of workflows, schemes, permissions, and SLAs

Tools & Platforms

• Atlassian Cloud / Data Center
• Confluence
• Bitbucket / GitHub / GitLab
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
