Jnr Business Analyst

We’re looking for a German speaking Jnr Business Analyst to join EviView and help us transform how manufacturing teams manage their daily operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to work at the intersection of technology, operations, and data, while gaining hands-on experience with international clients and modern SaaS products.

What you will do

As a Jnr Business Analyst, you will work closely with our product, delivery, and customer success teams to:

• Support implementation of EviView solutions for manufacturing clients
• Gather and analyse operational requirements from users and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into product configurations and workflows
• Help clients digitize processes such as shift handovers, routines, and KPI tracking
• Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities
• Document processes, use cases, and system requirements
• Assist with testing new product features and validating client solutions

You will gain exposure to manufacturing operations, SaaS products, and digital transformation projects across Europe and beyond.

What we’re looking for

• Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Interest in operations improvement, digital transformation, or manufacturing
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing technology environment
