BLUM Kaffee ist eine Rösterei & Café aus der Ostschweiz. Wir helfen Gastronomie, Büros und Unternehmen dabei, richtig guten Kaffee anzubieten – mit ehrlicher Beratung, starken Produkten und einem sauberen Setup.

Für unser B2B-Team suchen wir dich als Customer Success Manager / Customer Advisor: Du betreust neue und bestehende Geschäftskunden hauptsächlich vom PC aus – per E-Mail, Telefon und Google Meets. Du machst täglich mehrere Online-Gespräche, erklärst unsere Lösungen, beantwortest Fragen, führst Kunden strukturiert zur Entscheidung und sorgst dafür, dass sie langfristig happy sind.

Wichtig: Das ist kein klassischer Aussendienst-Job. Du bist nur gelegentlich vor Ort bei uns in der Rösterei für Tastings (ca. 1–2 pro Woche), der Hauptteil ist digital.

Your Tasks

  • 2–3 Online-Präsentationen pro Tag (Google Meets) mit potenziellen Kunden
  • Telefonate & E-Mails: Bedürfnisse klären, Angebote erklären, nächste Schritte vereinbaren
  • Kunden onboarden: erster Bezug, Produkte, Abläufe – alles sauber starten
  • Bestehende B2B-Kunden betreuen, Fragen lösen, Upgrades/Sortimentsanpassungen beraten
  • Angebote erstellen, nachfassen, Abschluss begleiten (ohne “Druck-Verkauf”)
  • CRM/Listen pflegen, Follow-ups planen, Pipeline strukturiert führen
  • Tastings bei uns in der Rösterei mit den Kunden

What You Bring

  • You are communicative, strong in presentations, and write clean emails
  • You enjoy working digitally (PC/Tools/Google Meets)
  • You are reliable, organized, and keep your promises
  • You can listen well and recognize needs
  • German very good (understanding Swiss German is a plus), English advantageous
  • Coffee knowledge is a plus – but not a must (we'll teach you everything)
