Insprago Creative Digital Media LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has strong practical experience in managing complete social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate should understand how to build engagement, improve visibility, grow audiences, and make social media work effectively for business.

This role is best suited for a person who is highly active in the social media space, understands platform trends and algorithms, knows useful growth hacks and tricks, and can confidently handle social media strategy and execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle complete social media activities for company and client accounts

• Plan monthly social media strategy, content direction, posting flow, and campaign ideas

• Execute and monitor campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Improve reach, engagement, followers, and overall account performance

• Identify platform trends, viral opportunities, and smart growth techniques

• Suggest and implement social media hacks, best practices, and optimization methods

• Coordinate with the internal team for content execution and campaign support

• Track results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on performance

• Ensure all social media activities are aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives

• Support both organic and paid social media growth initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in social media marketing and account management

• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar platforms

• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, audience behavior, and campaign performance

• Ability to plan and execute social media growth strategies effectively

• Experience in handling engagement, promotions, and social media optimization

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills

• Practical thinker who knows what works in real social media marketing

• Ability to take ownership and handle social media in a smart, active, and result-oriented way

Important Note

Creative design and video production support will be provided by the company. So, this role mainly focuses on strategy, execution, campaign handling, account growth, engagement, and performance improvement.
