Compensation Analyst
Req No: 17354 Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsibilities • Evaluate, level, and determine market value for new and existing roles, and maintaining the job leveling and salary structure. • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the integrity and validity of reported data. • Assist with remuneration survey submissions and administration. • Prepare and present job analysis and compensation analysis summary reports. • Proactively make actionable recommendations based on market trend and survey analysis. • Maintain the Rewards SharePoint and control access to rewards-related collateral and tools. • Conduct data and cost analysis to be used for budgeting and financial forecasting. • Make data-driven recommendations on updates to reward programs and conduct ad-hoc analysis to support total rewards projects. • Assist with the year-end compensation process. • Advise on preferred approaches to determine rewards for hiring, promoting, and retaining employees.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. • 3 - 5 years of compensation experience required. • Professional fluency in written and spoken English. • Experience with job-evaluating methodologies. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. • Strong analytical and mathematical skills. • Familiarity with human resource laws, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Strong project management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
Senior Technical Recruiter

If so, we want to hear from you! • We seek to hire a Technical Recruiter to join our team at TeKnowledge. The Technical Recruiter is a pivotal role within our Employer of Records (EoR) service, responsible for driving recruitment strategy and talent acquisition efforts. • You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to source, engage, and onboard top technical talent, ensuring we meet staffing needs, optimize recruitment processes, and achieve high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and EoR service needs. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. • Proactively source and engage top technical talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, partnerships with educational institutions). • Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen the employer brand of the EoR service. • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technical recruiters. • Develop long-term talent acquisition strategies to anticipate client needs. • Implement robust technical skills assessment methods to ensure quality of talent delivered to clients. • Establish recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment. • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience and relevant certifications). • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications relevant to the EoR service industry. • Proficiency in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Leadership and managerial abilities. • Strategic thinking and planning skills. • Problem-solving and innovation skills. • Client relationship management skills. • Data analysis and interpretation skills. • Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations. • Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate. • A valid and up to date National Identity Card/NIMC slip is required upon commencement of this role.
