FM Payments is now seeking an entry level Recruiter to join our team! The entry-level candidate we're looking for will perform activities in recruiting new hires for entry-level sales positions. We are a fun, flexible, entrepreneurial company with a positive, supportive environment, looking for an individual who wants to work hard and find success in the exciting and growing merchant services industry.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Report daily to management
• Interview new recruits
• On-board new recruits
• Accurately maintain tracking spreadsheets

Recruiter Qualifications:

• Previous experience with customer service or similar background
• Ability to build relationships with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Starting pay $20 an hour, with bonus available. Working hours are Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm--no nights, no weekends, no holidays!
