Tactstaff is currently seeking highly motivated, energetic and outgoing individuals to join Tactstaff as part of our recruiting team!

As a Recruiter you will cultivate relationships with registered nurses interested in travel nurse career opportunities, while providing the best possible experience for our nurses from initial contact, to maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service.

• Proven success in recruiting, sales or other metrics driven environment
• Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified nurses and therapists for short-term assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel nurse career
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
• Build and maintain unique relationships with travel nurses and therapists
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
