Position
To supplement our product development team, we are looking for a
Program Manager (m/f/d)
at our company located in Gewerbepark Breisgau – approx. 20km south of Freiburg i.Br.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the effective, accurate, timely, and cost-effective execution of all projects, taking into account the dependencies between different projects
- Ensuring the alignment of all projects with the defined strategies
- Monitoring roles, responsibilities, methods, techniques, tools, and procedures according to the product development process (PEP)
- Preparing, coordinating, and leading project meetings (e.g., Feasibility Study, Launching Review, Lessons Learned, Closing Review)
- Ensuring communication between customers and all project participants
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training with further qualification as a technician or business administrator, engineer, or comparable qualification
- Knowledge in project management is required
- Analytical and systematic approach to work
- Accuracy and good organizational skills
- Proficient in all common MS Office applications
- Good English skills

Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit einer Weiterqualifizierung zum Techniker oder Betriebswirt, Ingenieur oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Projekten sind erforderlich
- Analytische und systematische Arbeitsweise
- Genauigkeit und gutes Organisationsvermögen
- Sicherer Umgang in allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Sicherstellen der effektiven, sach-, termin- und kostengerechten Abwicklung aller Projekte unter Berücksichtigung der Abhängigkeiten zwischen verschiedenen Projekten
- Sicherstellen der Übereinstimmung aller Projekte mit den festgelegten Strategien
- Überwachen der Rollen, Zuständigkeiten, Methoden, Techniken, Instrumente und Verfahren gemäß Produktentstehungsprozess (PEP)
- Vorbereiten, koordinieren und führen von Projektbesprechungen (z.B. Feasibility study, launching review, lessons learned, closing review)
- Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und allen Projektbeteiligten sicherstellen
