Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort George G. Meade, MD, for a JOC Process Engineer Level II - TS/SCI/CI Poly. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes. Key responsibilities include process troubleshooting, quality improvement, and technical evaluations to support organizational efficiency. The individual will collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and the successful implementation of engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering to develop and optimize systems and workflows
- Proficiency in Process Control and Quality Improvement methods
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and improve operational outcomes
- Background in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
