Jr Business Analyst (Ony Local to MD)--(In-Person Interview)

Required Skills and Experience

• At least (3) years BA IT experience in working with (i.e., designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining)
• Exposure to tools like JIRA, TFS, DevOps, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and tasks.
• Technical business analyst experiences managing several projects simultaneously. Understanding of how databases work and basic querying skills, Webservices or API works and UI Wireframes development
• Familiar with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel (advanced functions), or basic visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficient in using Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies through training or certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience in managing and execution of multiple related operational requests / projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of Payment Portal implementation with FMIS Integration
