Jr CNO/CNE Tool Developer

About This Role

WarCollar has an opportunity for a Jr CNO/CNE Tool Developer supporting a mission‑focused contract. This junior‑level role is ideal for an developer who is motivated to thrive in complex technical environments across multiple platforms. You will architect, design, and develop advanced cyber capabilities, guide junior developers, and collaborate with mission partners to deliver high‑impact solutions.

The role requires a Top Secret (TS) level clearance.

This is on a funded contract, bidding on a specific Task Order.

Required Skills

The Jr Developer will have a minimum of three (3+) years of experience in CNO/CNE tool development, including:

• Experience writing code in Python, C, or C++
• Familiarity with Software Configuration Management practices
• Experience developing, testing, or debugging software for Windows, Linux, or mobile platforms
• Understanding of OS internals, system APIs, and low‑level development concepts
• Ability to collaborate with senior developers and follow technical guidance
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
