Job Description: Job Title – Jr. D365 Full Stack Developer Location – Washington, DC - Hybrid Full-time Permanent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented D365 Full Stack Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and integrated enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, .NET technologies, front-end development, and API integrations in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. • Develop and maintain full stack applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server. • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, forms, and business processes. • Build and support REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations with internal and external applications. • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of applications. • Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Support Azure cloud-based deployments and CI/CD processes. • Create technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment guides. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews. • Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in full stack development. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM development. • Experience with: • C# • .NET / .NET Core • JavaScript / TypeScript • HTML5 / CSS3 • SQL Server • REST APIs • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work in a team-oriented federal/government environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Knowledge of Azure cloud services. • Familiarity with React or Angular frameworks. • Prior experience supporting federal or healthcare-related projects. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus. • Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. Nice to Have • Experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding of accessibility standards (Section 508). • Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
