Contract Pay Rate Range: $38.00- 53.50 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities of the Jr. Information Technology (IT) Security Analyst Job in New Freedom, PA:

• Own and drive the cyber resilience project plan for embedded software and hardware interfaces — keeping milestones on track and artifacts audit-ready • Build and manage the security backlog, ensuring every activity is traceable, prioritized, and delivered on time • Serve as a connector across engineering, security, and product teams — facilitating planning sessions and keeping cross-functional reviews moving • Develop dashboards and metrics that give leadership real visibility into security delivery progress • Help engineering teams hit compliance targets without slowing down their release cadence • Support senior security leads with action item coordination, remediation tracking, and technical follow-through • Drive Cyber Resilience Act compliance activities from planning through execution

Qualifications of the Information Technology (IT) Security Analyst Job in New Freedom, PA:

• A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience • 2+ years working in a cybersecurity role with direct exposure to secure SDLC practices • Current certification such as CompTIA Security+ desired but not mandatory • The communication and organizational skills to keep complex, multi-team compliance work on track
