Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct landscaping and market profiling to develop a clear understanding of professional end-user requirements, as well as product and category trends across professional distribution channels in Europe.
  • Define product features and specifications required by professional end users for future product launches.
  • Independently conduct core user research on job sites across key EMEA markets; collect, analyze, consolidate, and report user needs and requirements to support new product development projects.
  • Manage product launches across the business, with a focus on:
    • Production timelines and product availability in European warehouses
    • Product details, including manuals, packaging, catalogs, and online content
    • Pan-European price positioning, both to and from regional markets
  • Monitor product stream performance against defined targets.
  • Collaborate with global product management and engineering teams to deliver the right products for target user groups at the appropriate price points.
  • Coordinate product marketing activities for central promotional campaigns in collaboration with Sales Units, Brand, Supply Chain, and Commercial Finance to achieve budget targets.
  • Work with regional sales and marketing teams to deliver the appropriate product ranges for national promotions and key account-specific initiatives.
  • Partner with the Brand and Communications team to develop launch packages, merchandising, and marketing materials to support product success.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a product or commercial role within the professional power tools industry.
  • Strong command of the English language; proficiency in an additional European language, particularly German, is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required by the business.
  • Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
