YOUR IMPACT WITH US:

You want to actively support our Account Management team and enjoy pulling the strings behind the scenes? As a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d), you are the organizational and communicative interface. Through your support with administrative and operational tasks, you contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our sales activities and customer projects.

  • You are the central point of contact for our partners and ensure smooth communication and solution-oriented handling of inquiries and complaints
  • You support the planning, organization, and execution of our sales activities
  • You take on administrative and organizational tasks to support the Head of Account Management and the team
  • You maintain reports and ensure that customer data in the CRM system Salesforce is up-to-date and complete
  • You act as an interface between Marketing, Sales New Business, and our E-Commerce team
  • You take on exciting projects independently and contribute your organizational talent
  • You keep an eye on processes, organize efficiently, and thus lay the foundation for satisfied customers and a strong team

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR US IF:

  • You want to get into Account Management - prior experience is not a must
  • You are open, friendly, and persuasive, whether on the phone or in person
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • You are a structured team player, committed, organized, and work independently, keeping an eye on the essentials
  • You approach tasks proactively, work solution-oriented, and adapt flexibly to requirements
  • You are proficient with PCs, initial CRM system Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Nice-to-have: Commercial apprenticeship or experience in customer contact, but career changers are also welcome
