We are looking for a Junior AI Developer to help us structurally implement AI in everything we do. Not as an experiment, but as a foundation. Our goal is clear: enable our consultants to work smarter, further improve our services, and become faster and more efficient as an organization than we were yesterday.

This means you will work on building, maintaining, and optimizing AI tools and workflows that directly impact how we work. Is there a bug somewhere? You'll fix it. Do you see an opportunity to streamline a process? You'll be the one to take it on and realize it, of course in close collaboration with our experienced AI Product Engineer.

This is not a role where you'll be passively following. We are looking for someone who wants to lead the way, who sees opportunities before others do, and who understands how to use AI not just as a trick, but as a serious business strategy. You understand how Vibe Coding works and can translate system logic into effective prompts.

What are we looking for?

A diploma is a nice bonus, but not a requirement. Whether you have completed a relevant education or are completely self-taught, what matters is that you think in systems, take initiative, and can move strategically.

0-1 year of work experience is fine, as long as the drive and insight are there.

Salary between €3,000 - €4,000 based on knowledge and experience, hybrid working from Haarlem, and all the space to develop yourself in a rapidly evolving field.
