Then join us as a Junior AI Engineer at the Havas Village.

Your Tasks:

• Support in building and further developing AI agent frameworks and agentic workflows
• Testing, documentation, and structured further development of prototypes and technical setups
• Collaboration on automations, proof of concepts, and new AI-powered solution approaches
• Research and evaluation of new models, tools, frameworks, and best practices in the AI environment
• Technical and conceptual contribution to new ideas, use cases, and architectural approaches
• Support in experimental and prototypical work around modern AI workflows

Tools you will work with:

• Python, APIs, and scripting for technical automations
• LLMs, AI frameworks, and open-weight models
• Tools and setups for AI Agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration
• Git/GitHub as well as cloud environments and technical prototyping tools depending on the use case

What you bring:

• Ongoing studies, ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Initial practical experience with Python, APIs, scripting, or technical automations
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• High willingness to learn, technical curiosity, and enjoyment in quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics
• Motivation to not only implement ideas but also to actively think them further and critically
• Great interest in AI, LLMs, automation, and agentic systems
• Perfect German (written and spoken) and good English

Plus points that particularly impress us:

• Initial experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or open-weight models
• Exposure to agentic coding workflows, RAG, vector databases, or workflow orchestration
• Foundations in Git/GitHub, cloud environments, or simple frontend/backend development
• Interest in new AI frameworks as well as experimental and prototypical work

The monthly gross salary for this position starts at EUR 2,300 for 38.5 hours per week. Depending on your prior knowledge and experience, we are willing to pay more!
