About the role

Tasks

  • You conceptualize and prototype IAM and Zero Trust Patterns for AI agents and multi-agent systems.
  • You integrate authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, OIDC) into GenAI and agentic architectures.
  • You evaluate AI-specific security risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, or model hijacking and develop countermeasures.
  • Experiment with new protocols (MCP, A2A) and architectures (RAG) to evaluate their security and trust boundaries.
  • Deploy secure cloud infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD together with our DevOps teams.
  • You develop automated tests and monitoring for security controls along AI pipelines.

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable degree with an IT focus.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong interest in Cybersecurity and Generative AI.
  • Programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or comparable languages.
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Next.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and modern architectures.
  • Very good German and English skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
  • Practical experience with GenAI architectures and protocols (RAG, MCP, A2A).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and Cloud Security Frameworks.
  • Practical experience with API Gateways, Token Management Systems, or Vector Databases.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals) are desirable but not mandatory and can be obtained during the role.
