(Junior) Consultant (m/f/d) AI & Digital Transformation

Was erwartet dich

• You support the identification and evaluation of AI use cases and learn to structure them according to business impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.
• You analyze process landscapes as well as product and service portfolios, conduct research, and contribute to business cases, including the quantification of potentials and added value. This provides the basis for solution approaches to our clients' challenges.
• Together with the team, you help develop MVPs and product ideas, take on research tasks, and prepare content in a structured manner.
• Support the creation of presentations and decision papers for management.
• You observe trends, analyze technologies, and support the evaluation of tools and providers.

• Your Experience: You have completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, general management, engineering/computer science, or a comparable field.
• Your Passion: You are interested in AI, digitalization, and data-driven business models and want to grow in this environment.
• Your First Experience: First work and project experience around digital transformation makes you fit; if you gained this in a consulting, startup, or venture building environment, even better.
• Your Industry Affinity (Optional): First touchpoints with our core industries (Energy, Financial Services, or Public Sector) are a plus, but not a must.
• Your Mindset: You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and enjoy quickly grasping complex topics.
• Your Cleverness: You have an independent, structured way of working, a quick grasp, and enjoy delving into new topics. You naturally use (Gen)AI and automation flows to optimize your work.
• Your Skills: As a (Junior) Consultant, you have excellent MS Office skills. If you already have experience with other tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro – wonderful.
• On the road: You are willing to travel and flexible to advise our clients on-site nationwide.
