Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities/ Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• BA/BS degree in Business/Operations/Management Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Six Sigma and/or Scrum certification.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in an operational environment, including consulting experience, running Agile sessions and development of requirements.
• Good communication skills and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, OneConfluence, etc.
• Knowledge of Web-services, Rest APIs, JSON/XML.
• Coding/Testing experience nice to have
• Experience using browser plugins such as Chrome Developer tools, Firebug nice to have
