Junior Business Analyst (Graduate Role)

Key Responsibilities: Assist senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making. Help in the creation of process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system functionalities. Support the development of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to team members and stakeholders. Learn and apply various business analysis methodologies and tools. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and systems. Shadow experienced professionals to gain practical insights into business analysis practices. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required. A strong academic record with a focus on analytical subjects is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Basic understanding of databases and SQL is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. While the role is fully remote, a strong understanding of the business environment in Ilorin, Kwara, NG and Nigeria is beneficial for context.
