Responsibilities
Revenue Management Support (50%)
- Dashboard Management: Maintain, automate, and streamline weekly Revenue Management reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strategic Deep-Dives: Conduct ad-hoc tactical analyses on key business levers such as One-Way flows, Premium fleet performance, and Fleet Utilization.
- Performance Tracking: Develop forecasting tools and visualizations to monitor regional performance and challenge the accuracy of country-level forecasts.
- Partnership Monitoring: Take full ownership of the weekly Airline Partnership dashboard updates.
Business Analysis & Insights (30%)
- Commercial Intelligence: Support the team with cross-functional analyses (pricing, capacity, conversion, channel mix, and ROI) to decode sales performance and customer behavior.
- Marketing Data Partnership: Act as a key resource for the Product Marketing team by transforming complex data into summarized, actionable reports and visuals.
- KPI Governance: Centralize and consolidate all Marketing KPIs into a comprehensive monthly group-level dashboard.
BI Development – Qlikcloud (20%)
- Dashboard Creation: Design and deploy new BI solutions to meet the evolving recurring needs of various departments.
- Continuous Optimization: Audit and upgrade existing dashboards to improve data clarity, user experience, and technical performance.
Profile Required
Previous experience
- A first experience as Business Analyst / Financial Controller would be appreciated
Education level / certificates
- Doing his Master degree in Business / engineer school
Languages
- Fluent in English / advanced in French
Computer skills and software used
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slide
- Knowledge of Qliksense is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
Personal characteristics
- Excel/Google sheet is your playground
- Strong analytical/ Data skills, autonomy, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international environment
