Overall Assignment Description:

The candidate will analyze organizational needs, manage complex initiatives, and drive improvements across the enterprise. This role combines hands-on analytical support with strategic leadership to enhance business processes, ensure compliance, and support programs within specialized domains.

Support policy development, IT audit activities, and process improvement initiatives while operating with increasing autonomy. They will manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple functional areas, advising leadership, and contributing to continuous process improvement efforts.

Duties:

• Research and analyze information from diverse sources to develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership
• Lead and support business process improvement and re-engineering initiatives using metrics to track performance
• Develop and review policies, strategic guidance, and performance assessments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Manage projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and delivery of results
• Support IT audit and compliance activities (e.g., FISMA), including tracking findings and coordinating responses
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the IC and DoD to manage requirements, resolve issues, and support mission objectives
• Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as IT strategy, risk management, enterprise architecture, or related domains
• Lead or support program efforts such as COOP and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and mentor team members as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a relevant functional or cross-functional business area (e.g., Information Technology, Project Management, GEOINT, Information Assurance)
• Bachelor’s degree in a business, management, or related technical field
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma), and leadership
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL)
• Master’s degree or advanced certifications

Salary:

$110k-$130k
