Wir sind DER Ansprechpartner für Prozessautomatisierungen in der Commerzbank. Unsere 80 Mitarbeiter*innen automatisieren, was das Zeug hält, sowohl mit BPM-Plattformen als auch mit RPA. Hier werden Prozesse analysiert, entwickelt und stabil betrieben. Über 250 Prozesse haben wir bereits automatisiert und wir freuen uns über jeden weiteren, der uns erwartet.

Your Tasks

• You analyze and optimize existing business processes in order to digitize and automate them.
• You create requirements (e.g. in the form of user stories) and document the implementations in an understandable way.
• You detail and translate requirements from the business unit and work closely with the development team to implement BPMN 2.0 workflows.
• You take over communication with all stakeholders and conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams.
• You start with us with a comprehensive onboarding program.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics or comparable qualifications
• Experience in process analysis and process modeling with BPMN 2.0 or interest in these topics
• Team spirit and a proactive way of working
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge in project management is desirable
