Role Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Junior Business Solutions Consultant specializing in MarTech. As part of a highly skilled team, your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, managing projects, and supporting sales activities. This is a contract role that requires on-site work at our Paris location. You will serve as a vital link between technical teams and business stakeholders, enabling seamless integration and optimization within the MarTech ecosystem.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Experience working with databases (Oracle, DB2, or other)
• Experience working with real-time services (Kafka, REST, etc.)
• Ability to draft and maintain complex technical documentation
• Experience working with Linux-based ecosystems and applications
• Experience developing and managing server-level applications (Apache tomcat, Java, etc.)
• Fluency in at least one object-oriented programming language
• Interest in Consulting and the ability to advise clients on strategic MarTech solutions
• Knowledge of Business Processes and understanding how to optimize and streamline them
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience in the MarTech sector or related fields is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree or similar in a technology field (Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, etc.)
• Fluency in French and English is required
• Nice to have(s): experience using Confluence + JIRA, ServiceNow. Experience with at least one enterprise Martech / CRM stack (Adobe, Unica, Salesforce, Braze, Acoustic, etc.). Front-end experience (HTML+CSS).
